Yoga & First Aid Workshop with Coveys

On Saturday morning, August 9, 2025, Cove held Wellness Grand Event From Prima CoveAn event that combines relaxation activities as well as health education. This event was welcomed with enthusiasm by the Coveys who were present to celebrate a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Yoga Session Vol. 2: connected again to the body & mind

The event opened with Yoga Session Vol. 2 guided by Novi coachFounder from @the___goodkarma. In this session, the participants were invited to do a series of soothing and refreshing yoga movements. Not only emphasizes the breathing technique and body flexibility, this session also helps participants to be more mindful and connected to themselves.

Workshop: First Aid for Sports Injury

After the yoga session, the event continued with First aid workshop for sports injuries which was delivered by a doctor from Adhyaksa Hospital. This workshop provides practical knowledge about the initial steps that are important to take when experiencing injuries while exercising. This topic feels very relevant, considering that many coveys are active in daily physical activity.

Enthusiastic Coveys and Atmosphere of the event

From the beginning to the end of the event, the atmosphere full of enthusiasm and togetherness was felt. Coveys not only benefited from Yoga and Workshop sessions, but also enjoy various Interesting allowance provided, ranging from mineral water, fresh juice, snack boxes, to special freebies. Many participants also invited their friends or family to participate, making this event more lively and warm.
