1. Solve the problem by accessing app.subiz.com
URL has now been modified into app.subiz.com.vn. This will ensure that all customers can access and use Subiz normally.
2. Change the subiz widget embed code.
Subiz has created a new embed code to correct display errors and ensure the process of interaction between your business and the customer is smooth.
Please follow the fast and simple steps below:
- Entered into App.subiz.com.vnGet a new embed code.
- Change the old code on your website with this new one.
- Look at the Subiz widget on the website.
Notes: For those who have contacted us and assisted by Agent Subiz to change the new embed code during the incident (from 4 June 2020), there is no need to follow the instructions above.
